1. Alteration Policy
   • Alterations typically require up to 2 weeks depending on garment          complexity and seasonal demand.
   • Customers must attend scheduled fitting appointments.
   • Expedited services may be available upon request (additional fees       may apply).
   • All alteration sales are final once work has begun.
   • Lomani Menswear is not responsible for garment damage after             pickup.

2. Custom Suit Policy
   • A 50% deposit is required to begin production.
   • Production time: 3–5 weeks.
   • One complimentary post-delivery fitting adjustment included.
   • Custom garments are non-refundable.

3. Returns & Exchanges
   • Off-the-rack items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
   • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and with original tags attached.
   • No exchanges on altered, custom, clearance, or final-sale                     merchandise.
   • Receipt required for all exchanges.

4. Wedding & Group Orders
   • Minimum 6 suits required to qualify for group pricing.
   • Final headcount must be confirmed 30 days prior to the event date.
   • A deposit is required to secure fabric selection and fitting                      appointments.
   • All group orders must be fully paid before final pickup.

5. Appointment Policy
   • Walk-ins are welcome; appointments receive priority service.
   • No-shows may require a booking deposit for future appointments.
   • Late arrivals may result in rescheduling to maintain service quality.
